9. Roasted groundnut

Roasted groundnut is salted peanuts in a paper cone, and the correct side for boli and corn. The seller measures it with a small tin and twists the paper. It should be warm, salted, and a little oily from the roast, not the pale nuts from a supermarket pack. Every visitor buys a second pack. It is also the thing to put in a bag for a long ride.
